| July 27th 2016 | A child had associated a parents credit card with their gmail.com account and purchased over $2,000.00 of in app items. | Google was very good and after 45 minutes on the phone they had found and reversed 120 transactions. This will take 3-5 days for Google to get the transactions processed and another 5 days for the bank to get the funds in to the credit card account. | Day #2 |
| July 26th 2016 | A child had associated a parents credit card with their gmail.com account and purchased over $2,000.00 of in app items. | Talked to Google and got the 1-855-492-5538 number. Need the actual gmail.com account to take this forward. | Day #1 |
| June 2016 | Some one used a credit card to purchase games on Google Play. | Contacting Google. Explained that the owner of the credit card did not make these purchases. Same the Feb issue, but Google seems to be taking a bit long to deal with this one. | Not so fast this time. |
| Feb 2016 | Some one used a credit card to purchase games on Google Play. | Contacting Google. Explained that the owner of the credit card did not make these purchases, gave Google a list of google and gmail accounts that would use the credit card in questions. The email address that made the purchases was not one of them. The email address was suspended, the money was returned to the credit card. | Excellent |
