How to disable “Processor Power and Utilization Monitoring”:
- enter BIOS (press F9 during boot)
- press CTRL+A (Service Option is hidden by default)
- select “Service Options” -> Processor Power and Utilization Monitoring -> Disable
Press F10 to save and exit and reboot the server.
Warning could not boot
/dev/mapper/wash_root does not exist
After a power out and a systems crash, the boot up can not find the file system.
First we need to determine where the system is looking for /dev/mapper/wash_root, which in this case is a LVM on a raid array.
